John McAdams, our founder and President, is constantly thinking of what to do for his employees, and how decisions will affect them. The Company realizes that a lot of the employees’ time is spent at work and that they would rather spend their free time not doing “chores”. For that reason we also offer concierge services for those employees who do not have a lot of extra time to spend running errands. We have dry cleaning pick up and delivery two days a week from our office and a car detail service that comes biweekly to wash and detail cars. The Company also provides free flu shots each winter for those employees who would like one. We also offer a credit union, group banking packages at a regular bank, and a free residential lot survey.

We financially support employees who seek to further their education as well as reward the accomplishment of professional certifications.

Along with the “normal” benefits offered by most companies, we go a step further by offering pre-tax legal coverage, voluntary life/AD&D insurance, cancer insurance, accident insurance, disability and additional hospital indemnity insurance. We offer a cafeteria plan where each employee can tailor the benefits to their needs.

Our corporate office is located in Durham near the prestigious Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, one of the fastest growing regions of the country. The Raleigh-Durham region continues to be cited as one of the best places to live, work and play by national magazines. Great weather. Amazing golf courses. Two hours to the coast and not much further to the mountains. The Triangle offers the best with college sports teams from NC State University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Duke University competing in the ACC. It is also home to the Stanley Cup Champion NHL Carolina Hurricanes.

Our regional office in Charlotte offers its employees a great office location in a booming economy. Entertainment, the arts, nearby water for boating and two professional sports teams (NBA Charlotte Bobcats and the NFL Carolina Panthers) are just a few of the enticements of the Charlotte area.
