Bob Zumwalt Appointed to UDO Committee

Congratulations to McAdams’ Director of Land Planning, Bob Zumwalt, RLA, on his appointment to the UDO Committee for the Town of Wake Forest!

The committee’s role is to provide guidance to the Town as they revise the zoning, site plan and subdivision ordinances into a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Guidance typically consists of working with the Planning Department to review and discuss concepts then followed by recommendations to the UDO.
