Two McAdams Company Directors Named to Triangle and Charlotte NAIOP Boards

RTP and Charlotte, N.C. –February 8, 2008-The Triangle and Charlotte chapters of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) have named two directors from The John R. McAdams Company to their respective board of directors.

Mike Munn, McAdams Director of Business Development, will serve on the board of directors for the Triangle NAIOP chapter. Keith Cooper, McAdams Charlotte Regional Manager, will serve on the board of directors for the Charlotte NAIOP chapter.

NAIOP is a national association with an extensive chapter network that represents the interest of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America. NAIOP provides communication, networking and business opportunities for real estate related professionals; provides a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy through its grassroots network to create, protect and enhance property values.

The John R. McAdams Company is a land development design and consulting firm with 180 employees in multiple locations. The firm has had a hand in the success of some of the largest developments in the state including The Streets of Southpoint, North Hills, Brier Creek, Landfall, Meadowmont, Preston Flats, Fairway Row and The Preserve at River Chase.
