Brier Creek Country Club, developed by world renowned Toll Brothers, Inc., is an upscale Arnold Palmer signature golf course community located on 670 acres of prime real estate in beautiful West Raleigh.
Toll Brothers, developers of over 30,000 homes worldwide, called on McAdams Company to guide them through the design and approval process for Brier Creek. McAdams Company’s extensive experience with large scale residential and golf course communities and its familiarity with Raleigh regulations made navigation through design phases and the City’s approval process much easier. McAdams Company’s team prepared an extensive erosion control plan for the 120-acre golf course and coordinated efforts with the Palmer Course Design organization. The Stormwater Management team completed a Master Storm Drainage Plan for both the residential and golf course tracts of the development. The Stormwater Department at McAdams was also able to exempt Brier Creek from Detention Requirements per C.R. 7107. Today, Brier Creek remains West Raleigh’s premier residential community.
