The Club at Longview - Golf Course Communities - Charlotte, North Carolina
This development is one of the final phases of a golf course community that initially bengan construction in 2001. Homes in Longview range from $800,000 to well over $2,000,000. The development is gated with private streets and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
For this project it was critical that, during the construction process, continuous golf play on two adjacent fairways was possible. In addition to the usual development improvements, this third phase includes a100-foot long bridge over an existing stream and the offsite extension of over one mile of 12-inch water main to complete a looped system serving the entire development.
