The 180 single family cluster development is located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, which has seen a recent surge of growth in the town as a whole as well as in the vicinity of this project.
As a member of the project team, the McAdams Company’s services included survey work for land acquisition, master planning, annexation and rezoning submittals. In addition, through direct discussions with the Town of Fort Mill planning staff, a single permit was achieved for grading the entire site.
