Williams Corner Campus - Mixed Use - Chatham County, North Carolina

The Williams Corner development is a planned mixed-use development which incorporates commercial, office and residential with a potential medical office campus on approximately 98 acres. Upon completion, the overall development will consist of approximately 223,500 square feet of retail space and 125,000 square feet of office space. The site is located en route from Chapel Hill to Pittsboro, North Carolina in northeast Chatham County at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of 15-501 and Lystra Road. The excitement surrounding this development is due in part to its proximity to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, and the Research Triangle Park.

Travis Blake, a long-time Chatham County resident and local developer, enlisted the McAdams Company to provide concept planning for the mixed use project which incorporates retail components and a significant medical office campus on a pedestrian oriented development. In addition to land planning, the McAdams Company has provided entitlement support for the necessary rezoning and Conditional Use Permit process, survey, engineering and stormwater services for this project.
